I photograph weddings the way they actually unfold: the nervous laugh before the ceremony, a hand squeezed during the vows, the moment the room goes quiet for a speech. My approach is documentary first, with an editorial eye for light, composition and detail, so your gallery reads like a story you'll want to come back to.
Where I photograph
Most of my weddings are in London, from registry offices to grand houses and parks. I've photographed at Islington Town Hall, Kensington & Chelsea Register Office, Old Marylebone Town Hall, Pitzhanger Manor, Pembroke Lodge and Richmond Park, and I'm happy to travel further. If your venue is new to me, I'll get to know it before the day, so I know where the light falls and where the quiet corners are.
How the day works
Before the wedding we’ll go through your timeline, family photo list and anything you’re unsure about. On the day I arrive early, move quietly through the moments that matter and step in when guidance helps: family groups, a few calm minutes of portraits, keeping things on time. I photograph couples of every kind, from big celebrations to two people and a registrar, and LGBTQ+ couples are warmly welcome. I work in English and Russian, which helps when families travel from abroad.
