Portrait photography that helps you feel comfortable, confident, and truly yourself

Most people do not enjoy being photographed.
They worry about how they look, what to do with their hands, or whether they will come across as awkward.

My portrait sessions are designed to remove that pressure.

I create a calm, supportive environment where you are guided gently when needed and left space when it matters. The focus is not on posing perfectly, but on helping you feel at ease so the photographs feel honest and natural.

MY APPROACH

I work quietly and attentively, paying close attention to how you respond rather than forcing a predefined idea.

During the session, I:

  • Give clear, simple guidance when needed

  • Adjust the pace to your comfort level

  • Focus on expression, body language, and presence

  • Create space for real moments to emerge

Many clients tell me they expected the session to feel awkward, and were surprised by how calm and easy it felt instead.

That is intentional.

“We had a maternity photoshoot at our place, and it was so relaxing and chill, as if we were just having friend over. You made us laugh so much, that even my husband, who usually hates photo sessions, admitted that he had a great time!
The photos came out amazing and so natural! ”

  • No. Most people who book portrait sessions feel this way.

You do not need to know how to pose or perform. I guide gently when needed and adapt to your comfort level throughout the session. Many clients tell me they felt more at ease than they expected.

  • You will receive simple guidance before the session, tailored to the location and feel you want.

As a general rule, neutral tones and comfortable clothing work best. You do not need anything dramatic unless you want it.

  • Portrait sessions take place across London. This can be outdoors, at a meaningful location, or indoors depending on the project.

We choose what suits you best.

  • You will receive a private online gallery with a selection of carefully edited images. From there, you choose how many images you would like to purchase.

This allows you to select only the photographs that genuinely feel like you.

  • Your gallery will be ready within two weeks of the session.

If you need images sooner for a specific reason, let me know and I will tell you honestly if it is possible.

  • All images are edited with care, focusing on tone, light, and consistency.

I do not heavily alter bodies or faces. If you have specific concerns, we can discuss them in advance so expectations are clear.

  • Yes. Family sessions are relaxed and child-led.

Children are not forced to perform, and parents are not asked to manage the session. The focus is on connection rather than control.

  • To book a portrait session, get in touch via the contact form.

Once details are agreed, a session fee is required to secure your date. Clear communication and preparation happen before we meet, so everything feels straightforward on the day.

Portrait sessions with me are unhurried and people-first. I do not rush sessions, over-direct, or heavily alter how people look.

If you are looking for something fast, highly posed, or transformational, I may not be the right photographer for you. If you are looking for something honest, calm and considered, I would love to hear from you.

Once you submit the form:

  • I will get back to you personally

  • We will talk through your ideas, timing, and any questions

  • If we decide to go ahead, I will guide you through everything before the session

There is no obligation to book by getting in touch.
